On Tuesday, July 4, 2023, the graduation ceremony of the students of the IX edition of the Master in Oil and Gas Engineering (mip, Oil and Gas Engineering Master's Degree). The event was chaired by the Vice-rector for Strategy and Academic Organization, Mr. Fernando Vela, by the Director of the School, Mr. Fco. Javier Elorza and by the Director of the mip, Mr. Ramón Rodríguez. The students of this edition, their families and some of the teachers participated in it. Professor Francisco Maldonado intervened remotely from Libya.

of Short Stories “Sustainable Mining in Your Life” is aimed at secondary education students with the purpose of making them participate in the initiative of this Superior Council of Colleges of Mining Engineers to highlight the need to make the use of mineral raw materials compatible with the preservation of the environment through the application of sustainable mining. The success obtained in previous editions has encouraged us to continue on this path of collecting the opinion of young people about the importance of mining in our daily lives.
