Requirements to be able to defend the Final Degree Project

1.- BE REGISTERED FOR THE SUBJECT.

To defend the Final Degree Project in any of the calls for the 2023-24 academic year, it will be essential to be enrolled. Students who are not yet enrolled can do so from February 6 to 12, 2024, an extraordinary enrollment period. After this period they will not be able to register for the defense during the 2023-24 academic year. 

According to Article 7.3 of the Enrollment Regulations for the 2023-2024 course, "In view of the uniqueness of the TFG and TFM subjects, in the event that the student has not been able to pass them in an academic year, the prices to be paid in the following academic year will be those corresponding to 25% of the first registration price of the Decree of Public Prices". 

2.- HAVE EXCEEDED THE REMAINING 228 CREDITS OF THE CORRESPONDING ITINERARY WITHIN THE PERIOD ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE CALL.

Please remember that in order to be able to defend the TFG in the call that takes place during the month of July, you must have passed the remaining 228 credits of the Degree in the ordinary call in June.

3.- HAVE DELIVERED THE START FORM AT LEAST TWO MONTHS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE DEFENSE CALL.

February ordinary call days February 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23, 2024

July ordinary call the days will unfold July 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, 2024

Extraordinary call for September the days will unfold September 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, 2024

Final Mobility Degree Projects

 

Requirements to be able to defend the Final Mobility Degree Project

1.- BE REGISTERED FOR THE SUBJECT.

To defend the Final Degree Project in any of the calls for the 2023-24 academic year, it will be essential to be enrolled. Students who are not yet enrolled can do so from February 6 to 12, 2024, an extraordinary enrollment period. After this period they will not be able to register for the defense during the 2023-24 academic year. 

2.- HAVE EXCEEDED THE REMAINING 228 CREDITS OF THE CORRESPONDING ITINERARY WITHIN THE PERIOD ESTABLISHED ACCORDING TO THE CALL.

Recognition of the TFG/TFM

A student who would like to take the TFG/TFM at destination to be recognized at origin, would have to:

• Ensure that your TFG/TFM completed at your destination meets the minimum requirements to be recognized:

1. Public defense before a court.

2. Individual work (personal contribution).

3. Technical memory document with an economic study included.

4. According to the ETSIME regulations for TFGs/TFMs (except the defense act).

5. The TFG/TFM at destination must have at least 12 ECTS.

• Include the corresponding TFG/TFM subjects in both table A and table B.

• Find a TFG/TFM director at the ETSIME, who must sign the initial project form.

• If the TFG/TFM has been written in English, it must have an extended summary in Spanish.

• Once the TFG/TFM has been completed and defended at the destination, the director of the TFG/TFM at the destination must fill out and sign the ETSIME evaluation form, recording both compliance or non-compliance with the minimum requirements and their assessment of the project.

• Upon your return, deliver to the Project Office the initial form and a CD copy of the TFG/TFM that complies on its first page with the format established in the "Guide for the correct preparation of the TFG" that is published on the website. , and in the Internationalization Office a copy of the defense report in destination (1) and the ETSIME evaluation form completed and signed by the director in destination.

• The grade awarded to the TFG/TFM at origin will be the one that appears in the Transcript of Records (TOR) or, failing that, the grade placed in the minutes of the defense at destination.
