I am pleased to invite you to the “Mobility Information Meeting 25/26 + International Days of the ETSIME 2024”, an event that will take place at ETSIME on October 23, 24 and 25.
- The Mobility Information Meeting 25/26 will take place on Wednesday, October 23 at 2:10 p.m. in room "A03". In it you will be informed in detail of the different mobility options you have and the requirements, deadlines and steps to follow to request them..

- The International Days of the ETSIME 2024 They will be held on Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25 in the school's M1 building. In it you will have the opportunity to learn about the different international mobility options of some of the institutions with which we have an agreement: Cranfield University, Universidad de Chile, South Dakota School of Mines, Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), Tecnológico de Monterrey, Polytech Annecy-Chambéry, University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", HEC Paris, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Illinois Institute of Technology, Montanuniversität Leoben, National University of Saint Martin, TU Darmstadt, IESEG School of Management, ISEP – Politécnico do Porto, Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT).

During the event there will be:
- Informative talks 50 minutes long, in the Fausto Elhúyar classroom (mandatory prior registration): some talks will be in person and others online, which you can follow from the same classroom or connected to the corresponding Zoom session.
- Permanent stands: from each participating institution throughout the two days of the event, with staff from each of them and information about their mobility offers. You can approach them to ask them as long as they have availability.
- Personal interviews 15 minutes long (small groups, prior registration required): in which you can ask your specific questions to the institution that interests you at its corresponding stand in a time reserved for you.
To sign up for any of the options you have to self-enroll in the activity of Moodle Training “International Days of the ETSIME” with your institutional email (self-registration password: Idays-24) and select the groups or sessions in which you are interested. You will have a “preferential period” for ETSIME students until September 25 to be able to reserve your participation (there is limited places), at which point the activity will also be advertised to other UPM students. Participation without prior registration will be subject to capacity limitations in each case.
In-person participation in this event will be positively valued when awarding 25/26 mobility destinations, for which registration in the activity's Moodle will be mandatory..
You will be informed of the links to the online sessions, both from the talks and the personal interviews, a few days before the event.
