3. Moodle Training Platform ”ETSIME International Mobility”) Students who wish to request international mobility must self-register from January 1st depending on the degree in which they are enrolled (or will be enrolled from 3rd year onwards). You access Moodle Training (with the institutional email and your password), and in "Main Page/Categories/Work Environments/Mobility Coordination - ERASMUS", you must search for “International Mobility Outgoing ETSIME” of the course in which it is going to be taken. mobility. The self-registration passwords on said platform are (according to qualifications):

MI_GIE.GAE  ,    MI_GIE.TE  ,    MY_GIG  ,    MY_TURN  ,    MI_GITM  ,    MY_MUEE  ,    MY_MUIM

Once you belong to said group, on said platform there are a series of questionnaires and mandatory tasks that the student will have to complete in the corresponding deadlines during their mobility stage. It is recommended that you read them carefully with sufficient advance notice. Once the places in the mobility programs have been awarded, all students who have not been admitted to any of the programs will be disenrolled from the training activity. (updated 12/27/2022)

4. Protocol for carrying out remote exams for mobility students): this protocol regulates the procedure to follow to request the remote evaluation of subjects included in the Learning Agreement that, once the stay has ended, would like to be recovered without traveling to the destination university, for both incoming and outgoing students (application form). Any subject that the student enrolls during their mobility stay that is not included in the Learning Agreement is not regulated by this protocol and, therefore, the Internationalization Subdirectorate will not respond to student requests regarding the remote examination of said subjects. However, it is available to the teaching staff to facilitate contact with the International Mobility Office of the host university if requested. (updated 01/16/2023)
