Sustainable Development Goals

The ETSIME-UPM Mentor Project covers the following SDGs:

4. Quality Education

Goal 4.7. By 2030, ensure that all students acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to promote sustainable development, including through education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship and the appreciation of cultural diversity and the contribution of culture to sustainable development.

 

5. Gender equality

Goal 5.5. Ensure the full and effective participation of women and equal leadership opportunities at all decision-making levels in political, economic and public life.

 

 

17. Alliances to achieve objectives

Goal 17.16. Enhance the Global Partnership for Sustainable Development, complemented by multi-stakeholder alliances that mobilize and exchange knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources, to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in all countries, particularly developing countries

Goal 17.17. Encourage and promote the creation of effective alliances in the public, public-private and civil society spheres, taking advantage of the experience and resource-obtaining strategies of the alliances.
