Join us for an enriching experience at Kadir Has University’s International Staff Training Week 2025! This year, we will explore the theme “Culture & Connection: Strengthening Academic Bridges”, where we will focus on the power of cultural exchange and academic collaboration in building stronger international relationships through Erasmus+. Istanbul, with its breathtaking Bosphorus, rich history, and dynamic cultural scene, provides the perfect setting for this international gathering. Additionally, Türkiye’s world-renowned cuisine, iconic landmarks such as Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, and its unique blend of East and West add an unforgettable cultural dimension to the experience.

- International Office staff
- Academic and administrative staff involved in Erasmus+ programs
- Faculty members with an interest in fostering international academic collaborations
- University staff working on internationalization initiatives
- Priority will be given to staff working in International Offices.

- Only one participant will be accepted from the same institution.
- Date & Venue: 28-30 April 2025 @Kadir Has University, Cibali Main Campus
- Registration: You may fill out the registration form.
- The participant quota for this year is 20
- Deadline for application: 15 April 2025.
- Registration fee: 80 € for non-partner participants / Free of charge for partner university participants.
*80 € registration fee applies for second participant from the same institution.
Can the training be funded through Erasmus+ STT grants?
Funding may be available through Erasmus+ KA131 or KA171 projects and candidates are encouraged to inquire about its availability.
