From the ETSIME-UPM Mobility Office they send us in the email below a short mobility opportunity of one week to carry out a BIP (Blended Intensive Program) at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania, for which you can request aid STT mobility (Staff Mobility for Training) within the Erasmus program.
Dear Colleagues and Partners,
We are pleased to announce the BlP Teamwork and Personal Development Training Program which will be held at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between 22 and 26 July 2024.
The training event is designated for all university staff regardless of their background, and it will be an opportunity to participate in seminars, workshops and social events meant to discuss topics related to teamwork, conflict management and personal development.
The program is tailored to enhance your skills in contributing effectively to team settings while also fostering personal growth. It revolves around understanding the dynamics of teamwork and the significant role each individual plays within a team. During the training, the participants will gain insights into their personal impact on team performance, build self-awareness and understand how their actions influence team dynamics, learn how to effectively collaborate and communicate within teams, leveraging each member's strengths by engaging in practical exercises designed to foster both personal and team effectiveness.
Participation in the event is free of charge. However, participants are expected to cover the travel, accommodation and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions.
Because the working language of all the activities will be English, a minimum B2 level is recommended.
