Position
International Mining Project Engineer
Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer you will take over different positions at the Mine site covering all the functions assigned in the chain of responsibility: Bulk Operations from Assistant Level, Technical Services Support, Manufacturing Operations and Commercial Assistance.
Overall, responsibility to assist on all related works of a blast and general operations include:
- Ensuring the correct priming, loading and right use of the hose during the loading of the hole.
- Following and assist blast
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area and complying with H&S
- Assist on Overall responsibility for the Mobile
- Assist on the Manufacturing and delivering of bulk products, ensuring correct quality control.
- Ensuring the correct operation, maintenance and all safety measures of the Units.
- Preparing the Unit for the blast in accordance with the Technical Manager instructions.
- Working with the customer to optimize drilling and blasting
- Troubleshooting malfunctioning loading system when
- Assist on Overall responsibility for the application of blasting plans, company and country policies regarding the use of explosives.
- Ensuring that blasting plans are executed
- Troubleshooting malfunctioning blastholes when
- General execution of all blasting
- Reporting and
Requirements:
- Excellent Academic
- Mining, Geology or Industrial Engineer (or soon graduated). Previous experience in quarry and mining operations will be valued.
- Russian and English languages are Other languages are a plus.
- Have no geographical limitations and great Place of Work: any of MAXAM International Subsidiaries including ex CIS Countries based on Company needs.
