A new edition of the actuarupm Competition is here!
Are you interested in the world of entrepreneurship? Do you have an idea in mind and would you like to know its potential? Do you not dare to take the leap, but would you do it if you had help?
We make it easy for you! Because until next March 22 you have the opportunity to present your idea or ideas to the 21 ACTAUPM Competition.
But, what do you get if you participate in this initiative?
· Training: training sessions aimed at the development of your project. Thanks to the help of different professionals from different sectors you will learn about marketing, sales, legal aspects, investment...
· Support and advice: a team of mentors from the program will answer your questions and guide you in the evolution of your start-up
· Activities with other entrepreneurs: You will be able to participate in different activities such as demo days or informative talks with experienced entrepreneurs who will be able to resolve doubts that are repeated when launching projects.
· 000 euros in prizes: The 10 best ideas will receive a prize of 1,000 euros each. Finally, prizes will be awarded to the best ideas: 1st prize of €15,000, 2nd prize of 10,000, 3rd prize of €5,000 and a student prize of €5,000.
· Support in searching for financing: Once the program has finished, you will be able to continue counting on the support of actuarupm
· Support in disseminating the project:We will help you publicize your project and your great milestones, and you will also be able to participate in subsequent activities that we organize.
· Access to the network of contacts: The 20 editions held to date mean that this initiative has an extensive network of contacts and professionals from the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.
· Access to the Alumni Network: After passing through the program you will be able to continue being linked to it as well as to the rest of the participants to stay up to date with new calls, news of interest, etc.

Who can participate?
To register for the 21 ACTAUPM Competition you have to present your idea before next March 22. You can do so if you belong to the UPM Community (professors, researchers, undergraduate and graduate students, administration and services staff and graduates up to ten years prior to the current edition (from class 2013/2014 inclusive). The same as if you are external but you form a team with someone from the UPM Community.
