At this time we have two positions to cover immediately, with different starting content, but which have several aspects in common, such as:

  1. Need for Junior technical profiles (2 years of experience desirable)
  2. HIGH level of Excel is ESSENTIAL.
  3. Person with great learning capacity, who knows how to work autonomously, always maintaining the company's quality standards.
  4. Previous experience in an energy consulting firm or in an electricity or gas marketer will be valued.

In both cases, the people who join will gain a global vision and knowledge, which will allow them to subsequently develop their professional career in other areas of Enertrade.

POSITION 1: KEY ACCOUNT

Depending on the General Management, you will be responsible for TOTAL dialogue with part of the clients in our portfolio, on all issues that concern them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Interlocution with clients of the assigned portfolio in all aspects of your relationship with Enertrade, always with the support of the different departments of the company:
  2. Negotiation of electricity and gas contracts, establishment of budget bases, proposals for power optimizations, etc.
  3. In-depth knowledge of clients and their needs.
  4. Resolution of any customer need.
  5. Proactivity in proposing solutions to the client based on the needs detected.
  6. Recognition of business opportunities in assigned clients. Materialization of them.

Proactivity is not required in attracting new clients, although this is a valuable quality.

POSITION 2: ENERGY MANAGEMENT BACK OFFICE TECHNICIAN:

Reporting to the Back Office Manager, you will be responsible for the back office management of both multipoint and industrial clients.

The main functions to be performed will be:

  1. Billing audit of assigned clients. Analysis of deviations and claims.
  2. Management of quarter-hour load curves: cost simulations based on different operating typologies, analysis of power optimizations, etc.
  3. Monthly pre-invoicing of electricity and gas for industrial clients, which involves data management from Omie, REE, etc., as well as detailed knowledge of the billing of each concept, since these are complex contracts.
  4. Management and maintenance of customer data.
  5. Preparation of complex monitoring reports for industrial and multipoint clients.
  6. Participation in the maintenance and evolution of the Enertrade energy management system (Enerline).
  7. Consulting support (tenders, billing control, etc.)
  8. Support in the energy management department: energy audits, self-consumption, etc.

The work to be done has an important data management component, where order and organizational skills are vital. It is important to have analytical capacity and command of Excel, although much of the work is carried out with systems developed by Enertrade.
