Cubico is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the asset management of Cubico’s Iberia portfolio (currently consisting of 180 MWs of wind, PV and CSP projects).

The role will be varied and consist of supporting the Operations team and analysing the performance of Cubico’s assets with the aim of optimising performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations (30%)
• Monitoring the production and the status of the Iberia portfolio
• Track operational issues and liaise directly with the site operator or O&M provider
• Carry out site visits as required to evaluate the condition of our projects, the quality of works completed and to work closely with the O&M contractor
• Ensure project maintenance schedule is delivered on time and budget

Data Analysis (30%):

• Collection, interpretation and presentation of data extracted from SCADA in a summarised and concise manner
• Report and escalate under performance or technical issues to the wider operations team
• Calculate and validate KPIs to ensure project performance

Reporting & administration (30%)

• Support the Iberia team in reporting activities
• Ensure project files are up to date and update them as required

Commercial & financial (10%):

• Liaise with financial team to track costs
• Familiarise with individual project contracts and track key contractual elements
• Provide support on budget calculations

 Key Stakeholders:

• Iberia Operations Team (Head of Operations and Operations Manager)
• Other Functional Departments especially the Finance Team & the Technical Team
• All external project stakeholders e.g. landowners, O&M providers, OEMs etc
• Other Asset Managers across Cubico
• Head of Asset Management
• Head of Iberia
